- After you’ve placed your $100 deposit to begin your custom piece, one of our custom team members will contact you in regards to any specific designs or fonts you’d like to use.
- Once we’ve gathered that knowledge, we’ll begin designing multiple different 3D renderings for you to be able to visualize the finished product.
- Once you’ve approved the 3D rendering, we will need the full deposit to begin the physical production of your piece, which will go by steps: CAD Design, Wax Molding, Gold Casting, Diamond Setting, Putting The Pieces Together/Assembly, Stage 1 Polishing, Stage 2 Polishing.
- You can reach out to your Customs Advisor any time during the process for an update on where you’re currently standing at in the process, and once the piece is finished you’ll be reached out to by your Advisor in regards to finalizing the payments and having the piece delivered to you.
